To place an online order with Hardwoodstairtreads.com simply navagate to the page of the product(s) you would like to order, then select any desired options via the drop-down option box (eg. size, species) then click the 'Add to Cart' button. After clicking the 'Add to Cart' button, you will be directed to our PayPal shopping cart.
Next, enter the desired quantity, then click 'Update Cart'. Enter shipping Zip code, then click 'Update'.
You will then see the total price for the item(s), shipping, and applicable sales tax.
If you would like to add more items to your cart click 'Continue Shopping', or to checkout click 'Proceed to Checkout'.

All orders can be shipped to the contiguous 48 states.
Small orders (less than 250 lbs) are generally delivered via UPS or FedEx. Larger orders (250 lbs or more) are typically shipped via common carrier, such as YRC or Con-Way Freight.
Allow 7-14 business days for order production and 3-7 business days for delivery (custom orders require 4-6 weeks for processing). Exotic species (such as Brazilian Cherry) require 3-5 weeks for processing. Transit times range from 3-5 business days for delivery locations within the Eastern and Central United States, and 5-7 business days in the Western United States.
